    • All deposits are Non-Refundable. Your deposit will be applied toward your treatment balance and must be utilized within 6 months of the original booking date.

    • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance for services, treatments, or products.

    • A 10-minute grace period is extended for all appointments. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

    • Each appointment is permitted 1 reschedule only.

    • All reschedules, cancellations, and appointment changes must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointment changes, cancellations, and reschedules completed with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Consultations are not required prior to treatment, but are highly recommended if you prefer to review your customized treatment plan in advance.

    Each client is permitted one consultation every 6 months. Once a treatment has been scheduled following your consultation, a Service Commitment Fee may be applied if you choose not to proceed with treatment at the scheduled time. This policy helps us protect the integrity and appointment availability for all clients.

  • To ensure optimal results and help minimize bruising and swelling, we recommend avoiding caffeine, alcohol, NSAIDS, and excess sodium for 48 hours before and after your appointment (if medically appropriate).

    Please arrive to your appointment with clean and dry, make-up free skin.

  • Following your treatment, you may experience mild swelling, redness, and subtle bruising in the treated areas. These effects are completely normal and typically resolve within 2-4 days.

    As your skin and tissues settle, your results will continue to refine over the next 4-6 weeks, gradually revealing their most natural and radiant appearance. During this time, you may notice minor asymmetries or firmness in certain areas- this is simply part of the body’s healing process.

    For the best outcome, we recommend avoiding intense workouts, saunas, alcohol, and salt intake. You may apply makeup 24 hours after treatment. Keep the area clean and allow your skin to reset and recover.

    Your final results will look their best once everything has softened and integrated- leaving you with a refreshed, balanced, and beautifully enhanced version of yourself.

  • Most neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) provide results that last 3-4 months. Daxxify is a neuromodulator that can provide results up to 6 months. Most hyaluronic acid fillers provide results that last 6-9 months, and laser treatments are recommended every 3-4 months.

  • No, this is not true. Results from neuromodulators, fillers, and laser treatments will be naturally broken down by the body and you will simply return to the look you had prior to treatment. Maintaining aesthetic treatments and results is entirely up to the client.
